How long does a divorce take in California?
There’s a six-month minimum from the date your spouse is served, but the real timeline depends on what you need to resolve. An uncontested case can be quick; a contested one takes longer. We’ll give you a realistic picture for your situation.
Do I need an attorney if it’s amicable?

What happens to the house and the retirement accounts?
